We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

We offer two convenient shipping methods to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
    • Includes tracking and insurance
  • Free Shipping (Orders $50+):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
    • Includes basic tracking

Note: We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions. Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing in your country.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your footwear as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward return process for most items within 15 days of delivery.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges for:

  • Unworn, undamaged merchandise
  • Items in original packaging with all tags attached
  • Returns initiated within 15 days of delivery

Important Exceptions: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following specialty footwear unless they are defective or incorrect:

  • Bates Boots (work/safety boots)
  • Bearpaw Boots (sheepskin-lined footwear)

How to Return an Item

  2. Complete the Return Request Form (template provided below) and include it with your return package.
  3. Package your items securely in the original packaging with all tags and accessories included.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed

Note: Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5-10 additional business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchange Processing

For exchanges:

  • We ship your replacement once we receive and process your return
  • Standard shipping charges apply for the new item unless the exchange is due to our error
  • If the exchange item is of higher value, you’ll need to pay the difference
  • If the exchange item is of lower value, we’ll refund the difference

International Returns

For customers outside the United States:

  • You are responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit
  • Refunds will be issued in USD and may be subject to currency conversion rates

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • We will provide a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement
  • In some cases, we may issue a refund without requiring the item to be returned
