Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges for unworn, undamaged merchandise in its original packaging with all tags attached. Please note:
- Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery
- Shoes must be in new condition with no signs of wear
- Original packaging and tags must be included
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
- Contact our customer service within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange.
- Complete the Return Request Form (template provided below) and include it with your return package.
- Package your items securely in the original packaging if possible, including all tags and accessories.

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed
Note: Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5-10 additional business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchange Processing
For exchanges:
- We will ship your replacement item once we receive and process your return
- Standard shipping charges apply for the new item unless the exchange is due to our error
- If the exchange item is of higher value, you will need to pay the difference
- If the exchange item is of lower value, we will refund the difference
International Returns
For customers outside the United States:
- You are responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit
- Refunds will be issued in USD and may be subject to currency conversion rates
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:

- We will provide a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement
- In some cases, we may issue a refund without requiring the item to be returned
